  • In its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and receipts intact.
  • Not altered or customized in any way.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or engraved items.
• Items that show signs of wear or have been resized, damaged, or altered.
• Sale items, unless otherwise specified.

Refunds

• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product (following the return process) and place a new order.
