Account Deletion – Ratna Shree Gemstone Recommendation App

This page explains how users of the Ratna Shree Gemstone Recommendation Mobile Application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

1. In-App Account Deletion

If you have created an account in the Ratna Shree Gemstone Recommendation App, you can delete your account directly from inside the app.

Steps:

1. Open the app
2. Go to My Account
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm deletion

3. What Will Be Deleted

When your deletion request is completed, we may delete or anonymize the following data associated with your account:

Certain records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or payment reconciliation purposes, including limited transaction-related records.

We do not retain more personal data than necessary for these purposes.

5. Deletion Timeline

We aim to process eligible deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification of account ownership.
